Wildheart Edit Add-On Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all add-on services offered through the Wildheart Edit, including the 1-Hour Consult Call, Layout Customization, Custom Art Package, and the Concierge Package. By purchasing any add-on, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Scope of Services
Add-ons are enhancements to your Wildheart Edit package and apply to one room per purchase, unless otherwise specified.
Consult Calls are one hour in length and conducted via Zoom.
Layout Customization includes one revised floor plan and up to five tailored furniture substitutions.
The Custom Art Package includes one focal wall art selection plus two coordinating supporting pieces, with placement and sizing guidance.
Client Requirements
For Consult Calls: You are responsible for providing current photos or a short video of your space.
For Layout Customization and Art Packages: You must provide a floor plan and photos. Files can be uploaded via the intake form provided or emailed to beth@wildheartdesign.com
. Work cannot begin until all required materials are received.
Delivery Timeline
Turnaround times begin once all required information is submitted. Standard delivery is [insert typical timeframe, e.g., 2–3 weeks] unless otherwise noted.
Limitations
Add-ons do not include full custom design services or sourcing outside the scope of your Wildheart Edit package.
All recommendations are based on information you provide. Accuracy of measurements and fit is your responsibility.
Refunds & Cancellations
All add-on sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued once purchased.
